Passes when the description matches phrases such as 'for', 'ideal', 'designed', 'helps', 'best for', 'when you'. An item passes or fails. The criterion counts as met when 95% of items pass.
Why it matters
Answer prompts are phrased as problems. Descriptions that state the problem are easier to match to them.
