The rules we publish by

1. Reading is free

Research, the registry, the glossary, criteria and courses are public. We ask for an email only to send the Brief or save your results. AI tools need a free account because they cost money to run.

2. Every claim says how we know it

• Observed We saw it and recorded it, with a date.
• Platform-stated The platform said it publicly. We link to where.
• Inferred Our judgement. Reasonable, but could be wrong.

3. Nothing is "coming soon"

We publish things when they exist. If there's nothing to show, we say so plainly.

4. Names, dates and versions

Every piece has a named author, a publication date and a disclosure line. Reference pages carry a version number, and we list changes on the corrections page.

5. Sponsors don't touch coverage

Sponsored placements are labelled at the top. Sponsors don't see work before it's published and can't change it. No platform we cover pays us.

6. Corrections are public

When we get something wrong we fix it, note the change and bump the version. See corrections.
