Feed checks
Held: score, failed criteria IDs, criteria version and category, only when a signed-in member saves a check. Never held: the feed file, product rows, titles or prices. Retention for files: zero.
Feed-quality index
Held: opt-in pass or fail results per criterion, category and criteria version. Not linked to any account. Kept indefinitely because they form the index.
Agent tool calls
Held: the tool name, the platform or criterion asked about, and the time. No account, no feed contents. Used to see which platforms practitioners plan for.
Who can see it
Only answer.ad administrators. No sponsor, platform or partner receives tool data. See Disclosures.
Counts for the year
Will be published here with the first annual statement.
