Every item has a stable ID and a title
Each product carries a unique identifier and a human-readable title.

Test
Passes when id (or sku / item_group_id) and title (or name) are both non-empty. An item passes or fails. The criterion counts as met when 95% of items pass.
Why it matters
Both specs list id and title as required. Without them an item cannot be referenced at all.
